• Register your athlete! 

ALL athletes MUST register before they begin  the try out process. Registration includes:

• current AIA Physical Clearance   CLICK FOR FORMS

• AIA Annual Brain Injury/Concussion Participation Form

• COVID 19 Waiver

• Fees are not due until after try outs

Swim try outs start August 11th!

• Pay your Athletic Fee  - Due August 30th

• Sign & Return your Team Contract

• Purchase your TEAM GEAR 

• Submit Your Parent Contact Info

• Fill out Volunteer Information Form
